The Bolton Guild of Help are an essential service for my clients and I refer to them regularly. They are always flexible, friendly and professional, they have immense empathy with people who are going through the hardest times and they have really been a lifeline to many of my clients who are struggling with day to day expenses. The application process is simple and the grants are given very quickly. I feel Social Prescribers work very well in partnership with the Bolton Guild of Help and we totally appreciate all the help and support they give us and our Community.

Cannot say just how grateful I am. I’m gobsmacked ! I understand your purpose to support and help them in need but you’ve made such on impact on mine. I’d been without both of these appliances since I moved in September. Using a microwave as a means to have a hot meal and trekking around to use friends washing machine. This was my “new normal” I was so accustomed to not having them. The guild of help has actually change my way of life for the better something I’ll never forget.
