Led by an elected Chairperson, the Guild is managed by a team of twelve Trustees.
These are all local people and they bring a wealth of valuable experience to the organisation.
The Board of Trustees meets 5 times year and the Annual General Meeting is held in the Mayor’s Parlour in Bolton Town Hall. Various ad hoc working groups are set up from time to time in order to address specific issues.
The Guild investments are managed by CCLA*, 1 Angel Lane, London, EC4R 3AB. (*Churches, Charities and Local Authority Investment Management). In July 2025 CCLA became part of the Jupiter Investment Management Group.
